I figured this would be a great way to keep his memory alive, since we used to hit the gym together every evening after work. The quality and appearance of the sign are just stunning. This is the ultimate present for the tricky-to-shop-for aviation lovers. I got the airplane and had it customized with my son's name. The quality, durability, and useful mounting hardware really blew me away. The package arrived well-wrapped and in perfect shape.

This is a total scam. Seriously, steer clear. Make sure to read the fine print—horrible policies and a refund process that’s a nightmare. The item didn’t ship from the USA. I’m still dealing with this mess. I placed my order on December 8, 2022. By December 14th, it was still processing, and I got suspicious, so I reached out to customer service. They told me, 'Our standard production time is 10 days. Shipping time is 10-12 days.' Turns out their factory is in Vietnam, not the USA, which explains the long wait. I requested a refund. They don’t do refunds while the order is processing, and they don’t refund custom items (which mine wasn’t). Fast forward to December 23rd—15 days later, it finally finished processing (I get it, it’s Christmas, they’re busy) and a shipping label was created. By December 27th, four days later, the package still hadn’t shipped. Since it was out of 'processing,' I asked for a refund again. No reply. Then on December 29th, the package finally shipped. I received it on January 6th. I just wanted my money back, so I didn’t even open it. I asked for the return address for a refund (they have a 3-DAY refund policy). The package came from Texas via DHL, but I’m not trusting that 'John Doe' address. On January 9th, still no response, so I sent another refund request. By January 12th, still nothing. I decided to open it to see what I got (make sure to record it, or they won’t refund for damaged items): The 14-inch sign is actually 14 inches by 1 inch. There’s hot glue everywhere. No battery for the remote, so I can’t even check if that works. At least the light turns on. I packed it back up and I’m STILL waiting for the return address. By January 19th, still no word. I even reached out to them on Facebook.

I picked this up as a surprise for my husband for our new place. The sign turned out gorgeous and is even better than I thought it would be! The time it took from placing my order to getting it was under two weeks. I was thinking it would take way longer since they had to create it. We’re definitely gonna order from them again.

They seriously ought to reconsider how they package their items. My artwork arrived in a flimsy flat envelope, and it ended up bent like a V when it got to me. They should definitely use something more durable. The customer service is pretty slow to reply and doesn't offer much assistance. After several days of attempting to fix it, I managed to get it nearly straightened out.

I stumbled upon them on Facebook and found their designs to be quite unique and appealing. I decided to buy one for my place. Their communication was super quick and straightforward. I did run into an issue with USPS (NOT Afcultures) where my package went missing. They handled the situation and got it sorted out. In the end, everything worked out well, and I'm really happy with the product.

The product I purchased was stunning. It was a present, and he totally adored it; his buddies were into it too, and a couple even inquired about where I found it.

I definitely suggest this to all! Just got my LED sign delivered, and it’s crafted so beautifully! The wait ain’t nothing compared to the joy you’ll feel when you get the final product. I'm really happy and plan to order more down the line.

I placed an order for my personalized sign on November 20. As of January 11, it still hasn’t shown up. I reached out to the company several times to find out what was happening, and they just kept telling me to hang tight for my item. It’s been stuck in Minneapolis for weeks now and hasn’t made its way to me. Now, when I try to email, I get no reply, and when I call their number, it just rings. I forked out $114 for a custom sign, and it feels like they just took my cash. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

What a fantastic company! I'm really happy with the signs I got for my daughters' families. Such a thoughtful gift, and the quality is top-notch. My credit card had a hiccup and declined my payment by mistake. They were super quick to respond to my issue, helped me sort it out, and got my products to me on time. I just wish I had more chances to order again!

I absolutely adore my custom sign. It turned out just right and the dimensions were spot on. Plus, the customer service folks and the owners were super quick to respond and straightforward when I had questions about my last-minute Christmas order (totally my bad). I decided against upgrading the shipping, but I went ahead with the order because I'm really into the sign and had such nice chats with the team.

The item was promoted as being 12 inches, which is claimed to be the longest side of the sign. However, when I got it, I took my own measurements and discovered that the biggest diameter was just shy of 10 inches. It really does look amazing, but the size info is way off. I'm still waiting on customer service to get back to me for clarification.
